“Really impressed with customer service, especially from Cory Forsyth in the Burnaby store. His team had made an error which he went above and beyond to resolve and made me feel like an extremely appreciated customer- I have never experienced such good customer service from anywhere to this level. Thanks Cory.”

“The worst customer service ever. I made online purchase on February 11and I never get my package until now. I called to report that I haven’t received anything, but they never solved the problem. Someone supposed to solve the problem after my call, but I surprisedly sent me email saying that my purchase with them was successfully completed!!! What? Seriously? And they said if you have questions call them ?? Are you kidding me? They made me call every other day and wait and wait for nothing. I’m still until now didn’t receive either refund of the amount I paid or the item that never arrived. They are just wasting my time every day by calling them, and no one is fallowing up to solve the problem. It was my mistake buying from this company and will never happened again.”

“Absolute thieves. Never buy anything online from them. I ordered cross country ski equipment and my order has been in limbo for 2 two weeks. When I called them, they said I could not cancel my order and that they will put someone to investigate it. They will get back to me in two weeks. They probably do not have stock and they are keeping my money, not helping me and I do not need the equipment anymore. I bought it because they promised 5-7 days delivery. Service attentand was cocky, disrespectul and useless. What a bunch of thieves. Avoid at all costs. I still have no answer after calling and no indication of any resolution. Typical thief behavior! Buy form MEC or Sail. Avoid, avoid, avoid.”

“Went to sports check here in prince George bc spent 15 min chasing staff trying to. Get help in the sports department finally i just went to the front desk because the phone number to the phone was no longer in service and asked for the manager she came out back up poor adatud making excuses for he r staff and argued with me infant of the outher staff so I just left and won't be going back”

“The shipping service was amazing!! I ordered a pair of KD shoes online and they arrived 3 days later and they were a perfect fit. I also used the Canadian tire pin code to save $15. They were an amazing purchase.”

“Waited too long to buy a hoodie at a store so planned to order the same one online. The price was a dollar or so more when I tried to order so didn’t buy it. Last week, I needed a pair of gloves for my daughter due to cold freeze - confirmed they had stock at a nearby store so went to buy it. Signage at the store excluded the gloves I wanted to buy based on prices ending in so many cents but I doubled check it on my phone, grabbed the pair and went to pay. Sure enough price was cheaper in store than online - quite annoying.”

“Ordered a ton of stuff online many times in last 6 months. Everything was great. Received it in time and all fit. I had one pair of my son's boots that did not fit just before lockdown and they refunded me at the store in minutes. Will definitely order from Sport Check again!”

“We ordered a stick online for pick up, somehow the platform switched it to delivery costing an additional fee. When calling to switch for pick up i was told " it has been slightly over an hour so we can't help you" definitely disappointed in the customer service. I will never shop at sport chek again the place is a joke.”

“I'll never order from sports check almost a year ago I made a order online still haven't received it, but the shoes that did arrive are the wrong size!!! Good store if u shop in person ordered 4pairs, received 2 of the and only 1 is good..PS... The products here are not cheap , I'm out so much money I know I won't get it.”

“I would give 0 stars if I could!!!! I ordered running shoes in online store!!! Don’t order anything from them!!! They took money from my credit card and didn’t deliver product!!!! Now I have to waste my time and fight with them to give me product I ordered or return my money!!!!!”

“Great customer service yesterday at the Winnipeg Unicity store around 1 pm. Both staff actively helpful but not overbearing. Friendly and professional. Extremely upbeat and didn’t laugh at my hideously frostbitten ear - will definitely be back!”

“I purchased earbuds and received a defective pair right out of the box. Sport Chek refuses to take them back and said that it is up to the manufacturer and their warranty. Terrible customer service and definitely not a good place to purchase any kind of electronics. Look elsewhere because if you do receive a broken or defective product, they will not do any kind of return or exchange whatsoever.”

“Their return policy is ridiculous and unfair to the customer, not to mention with no notice. We are year into this pandemic and no online returns and making your customer pay to ship items back is completely behind. People are getting stuck with product that does not fit or they do not want, but are not being allowed to return it in the mail without cost to them. Making customers wait months to return items and get money back they desperately need is an extremely selfish act for such a larger company. I suggest anyone buying anything they may need returned to avoid Sportchek and shop elsewhere.”

“I had difficulty getting a parcel delivered. I spoke to two individuals today and the issue was resolved. Sportschek uses tforce to deliver. I used 2 online inquiries and another was completed by Lori at sportschek call center. I called tforce with the inquiry tracking number. The person said she wouldn't correct the issue so the package could be delivered. I called sportschek back and the package was delivered about an hour later. Thanks to both Lori and the gentleman who helped me today.”

“I do not like the idea of rating a company poorly, however, I feel that I cannot let this go! Without getting into details, their return policy is ridiculous. I have being a fairly loyal client for many years and will not shop there any more. We are in the midst of a Pandemic, you would think they would appreciate the support of their clients and try to work with them.”

“Howe st - Vancouver store. I just had a wonderful experience. I purchased some shoes two months ago which started falling apart. The emailed receipt which was easy to find was also a plus. A lovely girl greeted me at the door when I came into exchange.. communicated to another in the shoe section to give me assistance and exchanged quickly and easily. A very pleasant ease in such wild times.”
