I ordered ski bag online. It was my first time ordering online from sportchek. The AD says it will be delivered within 5-7 business days. I ordered on 30th November 2020 and now it is 15th of December, i did not receive my item. When i called them, i get BS answers. Saying it is holiday and covid. I ordered a ski jacket form Montec, it arrived within 4 business days. I order many things from Amazon, they were never late with deliveries. I ordered skit boots and ski for my baby from ski hop in Quebec to BC. Delivery was made within a week. Sportchek online order is out to lunch and total garbage, and their customer service is horrible providing no solution, just says escuses on holiday season

Do not order anything from Sport Chek online. I ordered headphones on November 26th and it is now December 14th and they have yet to make it to the courier for shipping. The solution provided was to order again and hope that this time they will miraculously move my order from their store to the courier. You are better off ordering from LITERALLY anywhere else, as they have made it clear that it is too difficult to ship TO Canada FROM Canada. They deserve less than one star.

Same story as others. Says it was shipped Nov 27th and still no parcel Dec 14. The courier is useless at helping and so is Sport Chek. So I will dispute through my credit card company and never shop there again. Beware of ordering from them online!

Ordered and item on November 22. Package said it would be delivered November 26th. I was able to track up to the 25 and then poof, nada. The shipping company that they use (JOEYCO) apparently the system has crashed but they are not able to let me know where my package is or when I would be able to get my item. It’s now December 13th and nothing. No idea if I will be able to get the item for Christmas.... Sportchek is of no help... I’ve asked to cancel the order so I can get my money back to purchase somewhere else and they are of no help. If I don’t receive this week I will have to file fraud and get the money back from my credit card company!! This is unacceptable and no one is taking responsibility for it!

I ordered online. Runners came in. One foot 10 , one foot 9.5. They didn’t take 20 seconds to make sure my order was correct. Now I’m wasting my valuable time. Reason I ordered online. TERRIBLE customer service. Slowwww response. No explanation. No resolution worst I’ve ever dealt with. Go elsewhere !!!!!

They took my money and still haven't shipped item after over a week. Over an 1 hour wait for customer service number two days in a row with no answer! Stay away!!!

Ordered a jacket in store shipping was supposed to be expedited and 3 days it’s been 9 days and all the store has done has created the shipping label! I will never order from this company again.

Do not waste your time ordering from sport chek online, they are quick to take your order but either never send or take over a month or more, blaming everything but themselves. Worst run online service I have ever dealt with. I am still waiting for Christmas gifts that were ordered early, and don't suppose they will actually ship this year.

I ordered a pair of winter boots on the 28 November 2020. Confirmation order stated I would have them 2 December. Didn't arrive. Then stated December 3, 4, 5th. Didn't get them. Package went off the radar on 6 December. Now Canada post indicated they have not received them from shipper. If you have to shop at SportChek then do it in store when you have the merchandise in your hands. Called Customer Service who will "'Look into it"". No results or reply. The package was supposed to have been sent Expedited post. What a joke. Too bad I even had to give them even one star

Ordered skis online. Only received bindings. Very frustration and was given the run-around. Save yourself the frustration and buy elsewhere.

I orderd a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas and it was delivered to the wrong address by their courier Loomis. I contacted them numerous times and asked for a refund and they stated they needed to start a case. The courier's tracking shows incorrect delivery city and SportChek saw this as I spoke tonthe rep. I asked to speak to a manger and was on hold forb45 mins and still did not get a manager! My order number was 802347332 if SportChek wanted to check tthe history! Terrible customer service and basically stole my money!

Wish if there is any zero stars i can give to them .I order a pair of winter shoes and in this corona time they send me a pair of shoes which is worn by someone and has mud all over . Moreover there return policy are really bad . This is the last time i am ordering from their online store

I ordered 2 pairs of snowshoes on Black Friday at $100 off per pair. A couple days later, I got an email saying my order was cancelled because they didn't have the snowshoes in stock. I called up to see if they could replace the product with a comparable one as it was their error that they sold a product they didn't have, not mine. They told me their price match policy is posted online and they wouldn't price match the sale price I bought the shoes at. Absolutely ridiculous. The customer service rep agreed with me but said her hands were tied and she could only offer me a 10% off coupon. I passed up other deals that are now over and I won't be using the 10% voucher because how can I trust ordering from a company like this??

Will not accept return on electronic items once opened. This is not clear when you buy the product. When I tried to return an Apple Watch at Whitby Sport Check they said that they are not an electronic store, so they won’t accept refund on electronic items. If you are not an electronic store, then why are you selling electronics. I will never shop at sport check again.

Pathetic return policy. They don't care about the customer and their satisfaction. Bought a pillow online and got to know as soon as the box is opened the product is not returnable. If this is for "hygiene" reasons, how come Amazon accepts returns on pillows bought online??? Will not do business with Sportchek again!!!!

Ordered a pair of winter boots online in October and waited and waited. There was no way to track the order but said that it had been shipped. Again, waited and waited no order but credit card was charged. I contacted them via email and heard back that they would be looking into it. I received another email that said they were sorry and didn't know what happened but included a coupon code for further ordering (which I WILL NEVER USE or order from them again) and said that they would notify me when they have processed my refund to credit card. It is now the end of November and there is no credit refund to my card. I have emailed yet again to see the status. This is the worst online company experience and I would never ever ever order from them again! Be aware and wary.

I ordered online - big mistake. They use JoeyCo for delivery within Toronto and good luck receiving your package! I have to wait for 15 days before I can even ask for a refund! I could have done curbside pick up. Never ordering online from SportChek again considering I have spent $1000s of dollars there in the past 2 years. Very disappointed.

I would put 0 stars if it would let me, Sportchek's website is not working in Chrome Browsers and caused an error in my shipping. I was told by a manager after many hours on the phone that that it was working for him and he did not show interest. I am out $150 and wanted to share my frustration with this company. I thought it was reputable until I was given the run around time and time again. Even after getting a Canada Post tracking number they "forgot" to start the process...

I should have read all the reviews before I ordered online!! Apparently I am not alone with a complaint. I ordered insoles and chose pick up at local store. Order was filled the next day and I picked up the package. I first noticed one of the insoles was dirty - toe marks on it from use. Then I realized they were both for the right foot. Finally realized they were two different sizes. I called customer service. She laughed & said - oh, you don't have two right feet?? I expected some sort of apology. NONE. Just how to print off info to mail them back to head office and then wait 2 weeks and hopefully get a refund. She then wanted to reorder another pair for me. NO THANKS SportsChek.
