“Bought an item which was clearly overpriced on website as had their own label showing a much lower price and were selling at that price in store. Queried with their 'customer service', once I contacted shop for correct email, and was basically told tough luck and case was closed. Would rather have paid correct price for item rather than received a tacky Sports Direct mug as a free gift. A bit of courtesy would have been nice too. Won't order online again”

“Still have not received my parcel as hermes have said they have lost it??! Personally think it was stolen! Tried to contact sports direct to sort this out and you send me the tracking number that I already have. So no parcel!”

“Not happy as I am still waiting for my parcel which was attempted to be delivered on 16th dec and I still havent got it and no one letting me know what's going on if dos6arrive soon I will be requesting a refund as it's a Christmas present.”
