“I made an order (ref: SD40000073912529) on 15th Dec and paid for next day delivery. I have still not received my order. I've now contacted Sports Direct's customer service over 3 times, I either get no response or an automated one. The courier (Hermes) who is meant to deliver have stated that Sports Direct will need to contact them in order for them to look into the cause of delay. Yet when when I have contacted Sports direct they just give me a tracking number which I already have. When I asked for a refund for the next day delivery charge, this was ignored and again I received a tracking number. I understand it's a busy period, but this is not acceptable.”

“We have not received the goods. We had a message saying the Courier would deliver, waited and no one came. As the trainers were a Christmas gift it looks very unlikely they will arrive. Extremely disappointed and will be asking for a refund.”

“I made three orders with Sports Direct this Christmas - the 2nd and 3rd orders were fine and arrived quickly. The first order has been sitting in the warehouse apparently ready and “awaiting collection” for probably two weeks now. Despite me making contact with SD to chase THREE times - with no response on the third - I still have no idea whether my sons number one wish for Christmas will be here but as it’s now the 23rd of December and I’m being ignored then I’m guessing it won’t be. Really disappointed that we’ve just been left hanging.”

“I haven’t received part of my order , iv emailed your team 2 days ago , today I’m going into your store as it’s a Christmas present ... this is appalling behaviour right before Christmas , then on top of all this horrible virus . “Had to change my items because they arrived with wrong size and one of them was different colour...I returned items and paid delivery by myself ( Sport direct didn’t have prepaid delivery in case of return!) and in top of this it’s arrived for the second time wrong size! I couldn’t believe, I felt it’s some sort of jock to customers”

“On the whole very good / uneventful. My only inconvenience was that my order was an online order I was collecting in store, an item was cancelled due to no stock so went and ordered said item from another shop which also cancelled due to no stock. When going in store to collect my order, they did have the product I wanted which had been cancelled previously. If the stock check included the store chosen to collect from when placing an online order, this could be avoided and they would sell more.”

“Terrible. Items ordered with 7 day delivery promised in plenty time for Xmas. Delivery now 4 days late with no contact from courier. Two days until Xmas so not feeling hopeful.”
