“Ordered and with in 5 minutes one item out of stock could not get trough on phone at tall want to cancel other item no chance don’t like £4:99 collection charge”

“Terrible, Hermes the delivery company left my packages on the landing at my front door and no one was home. It could have been stolen but fortunately wasn’t. I never completed the safe place because there was non so the driver should not have left the packages anywhere. Poor service :(”

“The product is fine, exactly what it showed on the Internet, but the after care is non existent. Unfortunately the trainers that we ordered were too small, and returning them has been such a hassle. There was no invoice sent with them, and no phone number to contact anyone, the email system makes you jump through hoops before they actually let you send it, and the people responding through Facebook messenger don't actually read the contents of your message. So, so far an unresolved issue and I'm quite angry.”

“Products are good value for money, but if you live abroad the return/exchange process is just not worth it. I live in Spain and I would have to pay around £50 for sending back £60 of goods, wrong size clothing. As a suggestion, you could arrange for your parcel service to pick up those items, at the client expense. It would be much easier, quicker and cheaper for the client, and more business for you and your parcel service company. I know, first hand, this matter puts many many people off from buying at SD. Have a great Christmas Season. Kind regards,”

“My first time ordering from Sports Direct.All items were delivered on scheduled time as expected. I was always updated on the progress of my order. The kids my sister and her husband loved their trainers. A perfect Christmas gift since am away from home. I will sure shop from Sports Direct Soon. Thank you”

“Disgraceful service - placed Xmas present order weeks ago - they sat on it - chased it - they gave tracking no - nothing happened - just told they have lost it - (I had to chase them to find out) school shoes available - Xmas ones no longer in stock - won't provide alternative - no empathy - just lump it - absolutely disgusting - will never use again”

“I would write a review if I had got my order ...but I have still not received it yet. Since last week the order has been with Hermes. I have contacted them and they just give the same message that you did ..that's it's with the local courier. The poor boy next door who doesn't have much as his mother can't work is going to miss his xmas present.”
