“Website easy, selection good , size availability good a real shame after spending £80 I had to pay £5 postage”

“I ordered 2 items for next day delivery, it was only when I had paid that I was advised the item would not be available until 4 days later, having contacted customer service, I received a reply 2 days later, with the following message which is 3 days after the item should have been in stock - ‘I can inform you that the pre order item is not in stock as yet’ No apology, no date given that the item will actually be in stock...just not good enough!s Still none the wiser as when I’ll receive my item!”

“Ordered a couple of things for xmas. A mens medium puma windbreaker jacket came and barely fits my 5 year old daughter (so definitely wont fit her uncle for whom it was bought) returns policy is a joke. Why cant i just return to a branch rather than post back. Ill have to pay recorded delivery or you can guarantee the returned item wont show up their end.”

“Well I am not happy with the service of sports direct where I ordered two trainers from the site and then you guys cancelled one of the delivery of the purchase of the trainers and I only had one so I did not get my money back for the other pair of trainers so I’m I’m disappointed in the service very disappointed”

“This is the first i used your store my experience was not a happy one, i paid for next day delivery , my goods did not arrive for 8 days, this caused me great stress i needed my goods to travel it was supposed to be a present for my host.”

“I haven’t received my parcel yet after paying £7.99 extra for next day delivery over a week ago I’m really disappointed as it was a Christmas present. I understand that deliveries are busy but if there was a next day delivery option given then it should be able to be managed.”

“My item has not arrived despite being a Christmas present due for delivery over 10 days ago. I have received no explanation for this except when tracking the parcel to confirm there is a delay from Sports Direct. Shocking really as I spent over 60 pounds... let’s see if the customer service team pay any attention to this and resolve my issue...”
