“It only took 2 days for my order to come which I was very happy with but wasn't happy with the £4.99 delivery cost as it was click and collect so next time goods aren't in stock I will not be ordering them”

“Shoes were fantastic. I must have orders the wrong size but I was able to exchange in store. Everyone was very helpful. I did pay for next day delivery, but the package took a couple of days to be delivered. Was disappointed with that.”

“Ordered some NEW boots. I received some disgusting worn muddy boots with loads of filthy pet hair inside. Obviously worn multiple times and then returned. Not cleaned/checked by Sports Direct and no covid safe measures taken. Fuming.”

“I ordered a t short and when it came, had a label saying, 2 for £30, had i of known this I would have ordered 2, to make a saving, this was not indicated on website, or if it was, was not clear, was annoyed as had spent £5 on delivery, and would have saved on that too”

“I ordered on 12th Dec, took the money out of my account on the 16th. Ten days later still no order except one item sent. Items cancelled as out of stock after order placed and paid for. No refund. charged full delivery on one item out of an order of over 460 euro. Several emails sent and no response. Such poor service. I”

“my order was delayed but after a quick email I was shocked to receive an instant correspondence back, not only did this email explain the reason for the delay it also informed me of when my order was to arrive. Sure enough my order was delivered before Christmas deadline. Pleasantly surprised by sports direct”
