“My order with sports direct has been a nightmare from start to finish. I placed my order early October and received it late December with no communication whatsoever to say there would be a delay except from a a response after my third attempt to contact. Now I have to pay for the return of all my ridiculously late products, if they had arrived on time I would have kept them. On top of that the free returns label exclusive to Adidas products was not in my package so I've had to go through the pain of trying to contact the customer service team AGAIN. This is the longest order process I've ever seen. Never again.”

“Having placed an order on a Saturday morning was expecting delivery on the Sunday, this wasnt stated in the next day delivery option only excluding public holidays. Parcel didnt arrive till 7.45pm on the Monday night. Only when i went back and looked at delivery options did it say Saturdays not included. So for £8 delivery was not happy”
