“Ordered 22nd Dec and paid for next day delivery. Today 29th Dec it still hasn't arrived. Sports direct say it's been collected, hermes says they haven't received it. I would like a full refund.”

“I ordered a pair of converse trainers and when they arrived there was only 1 shoe in the box I have emailed customer services and sent pictures but have not had any follow up yet so am still missing a shoe.”

“I ordered a christmas gift on 20/12/20 and paid for next day delivery to enusure it arived a few days before xmas. However, i then got an email from hermes on 22/12/20 stating it would be delivered within 24 hrs. It is now 28/12/20 and i am still waiting for my item to be delivered. It te website gave the option for deliver to store, i would have chosen that option but the website on allowes delivery to home of a collection point.Terrible experience and service”

“I purchased on 21 12 2020 and payd next day delivery.Today is 28/12/2020 bud I didn't get my order.Three times I send email with sportdirect suport team and they send me three times tracking number, what is rediculus bicuse I explained them I have tracking number, I don't have order on my door.after 4 days they answer on my issue,and inform me about investigation with Hermes, again rediculus.I order with sportdirect,not with Hermes.Very poor service for big company like Sportdirect. No one caring for costumer satisfaction.Fix problem with your costumers and after fixing problems and make investigation with your delivery partners.Sportdirect take my money, Hermes take money from sport direct bicouse I payd next day delivery bud me ..... nobody cares about me.”

“Hi. I placed an order on the 8th November over 80 pounds. After a few weeks I messaged to see where my items were. They say I ordered some pre launch stock and won't be dispatched until end of November. I cancelled the pre launch items so delivery would arrive for Christmas. After emailing many times still no delivery and its now the 28th December.”
