“Wrong item sent (adult size not kids) despite e-mails situation not resolved. I need a refund for goods and delivery. Not happy!”

“I placed an order on 22nd December & opted for ‘next day delivery’ at an enhanced cost to ensure it was here for Christmas. However you failed with this service, as I didn’t receive both items the following day. I only received 1 of the 2 items. I now what a full refund including the enhanced delivery cost, which your customer service team have difficulty understanding or processing. M”

“Still havnt received my parcel paid £7.99 for next day delivery had to end up having to take an hour out of work Christmas Eve to go to the store and paying again for the same item, never again will I ever order!!! Still waiting for a refund”

“I ordered 2 pairs of Nike trainers... one of them were white and when I received them there were black mucky stains inside of the trainer and all along the stitching on the top was stained green.... I have emailed pictures and complained and haven’t heard nothing back from this.”

“I ordered two packages over the holidays. Firstly the delivery costs were extortionately high compared to other companies, secondly, my second package arrived late, after Christmas. I had to order two different sizes because I was not sure if it would fit or not, and they don't even include free returns, like other companies. Lastly, in my second package, I ordered a mug which arrived BROKEN! Overall this was a horrid first experience shopping with Sports Direct and unless things change this will be my last!”

“Even though I placed the correct desired shoe size in my basket, a temporary change in stock resulted in them being quietly switched for another size just before I decided to continue with the purchase. It's 4 bloody sizes out! A simple error message would have sufficed. Now the shoes are entirely out of stock and my son gets disappointment as his gift. Thanks. I'll be sure to avoid sports direct out of protest for this nonsense”
