“Having ordered my item I was told it would be in stock by 30/11/20 I waited until 19/12/20 and when I asked to cancel the order I was told you can’t do that even though sports direct could not give me a date for delivery. Surprise, surprise one day later I was told my item was now out for delivery. I went to another shop and got the similar item without delay just in time for Xmas. I’m not impressed with the service I got from sports direct on this occasion , maybe I was just unlucky.”

“I bouhgt a Nike sport shoes an i checked the number size and after i ordered the shoes. But i tryed the new shoes didnt fit my foot because number chart iş wrong. I chose next day delivery and this method is expensive. My product arrived after 3 days. And i returned the Royal mail to you for change another number. But paid 8.80£ extra to Royal mail for change. A company like you should get it free of charge for change.”
