“Good quality items, just ridiculous that they charge for returns!! Most places charge the initial £4.99 for delivery and provide free returns labels. For £5 I expect the same thing from such a large company.”

“The item was faulty and caused my arm fracture on the first try. I’ve been skating since i was 10 and it wasn’t my first time skating. It was bending my ankle to the left and the first wheel was not rolling. I had to pay for returning the item and no one is replying my emails.”

“The issue that I have experienced was: Sport direct sent wrong colour Slazenger's man crew socks pack of 5 in size 12+.I specifically chose black but they sent white. Despite the effort of emailing the customer service with picture of the order, they maintain it was a correct order. I been identified by the Gov as clinically extremely vulnerable and is sheilding. Therefore I shop online. I am unable to go out to the post office to organise the return. The error was sport direct not mine. As the error was made by Sport Direct and not mine, I expect either a replacement of the wrong item or a refund.”

“Ordered in time and paid for next day guaranteed Christmas delivery and 3 items were delivered in time and one came after Christmas which was disappointing as it was a Christmas present . Happy with the items that were ordered.”

“I emailed customer support and received a standard reply that had no answer to my query. Since then I have sent two further emails and have had no replies. The contact phone numbers are not answered just keeps ringing and then cut off. So disappointing and very frustrating.”

“I still haven't received an email to say that my order has been dispatched. I don't know if they have arrived at the shop that I was due to collect them from or not. Estimated date of delivery was the 16th of December.”
