“This was a really easy and efficient process. I ordered a sytle of trainers I'd worn before, so I knew sizing would be OK / unlikely I'd need to return. I ordered Sunday night, and got the trainers Tuesday - even over the busy festive period. Good customer notifications along the way. Correct shoes delivered, I'm wearing them now!”

“Awful!!! Arrived 3 days late despite paying for next day delivery! When it arrived one of the tracksuits I’d ordered was incorrect! Despite emailing customer support I have yet to receive correspondence back! I don’t think I will shop online with sports direct again!”

“Ordering thru' despatch to carrier was excellent; Hermes as always have been abysmal, goods have still not been received. With courier for delivery Tuesday evening, didn't turn up; with courier for delivery Wednesday pm, predictably no show again, but subsequently received email saying they would kindly give more info on the Saturday, 3 days later!! No goods or communication since then. Pathetic.”

“Worst online store I have ever ordered from. Sports direct sent me damaged/used items and have charged me a fee for o hav these faulty items delivered. Now I hav to pay to return all the items which are faulty along with my full order as I do not trust this companies quality. Additionally I have emailed customer service with pictures of the defects 2 days ago and their website says replies are within 4-24 hours yet no reply. And instead sports direct sends me this email to provide feedback and rate the store which would be zero stars.”

“There is no sports direct shop opened near Hayes to collect the online orders with free or charge. There is no such option to select and collect from sports direct store. We can select the option as local store, but it is charging minimum £5. But other retailers giving the option to collect in store. Why not sports direct ? Many customers felt the same as per my knowledge. Any chance to improve this to attract the customer?”
