“I purchased the required items, had an emil confirmation to inform me the goods were ctually with the courier and would be delivered asap. A few days later, there is a refund follwed by another email to say the items could not be delivered. Dissapointed an alternative solution wasnt found - poor service.”

“I have no problem with the service provided by Sports Direct as far as a prompt delivery is concerned but the 2 pairs of joggers I ordered are not really what I expected. I don't like the fabric they are made from. I know I could return them but wouldn't get the postage cost returned & sould have to pay postage to return also. All in all, I may as well keep them & see if I can give them go someone or even to a charity shop. For this reason I will not be buying from you online again.”

“Returned an item for exchange to a larger size. Was sent a refund and was told this item was 'out of stock' even though the item continues to be available on Sports Direct website in the size requested. Not happy to have incurred a total of £14 in postage with nothing to show for it.”
