“Items dispatched but still not received, 4 pairs of trainers ordered should have been delivered Saturday!! Apparently they are with the courier!!! Another pair ordered for next day delivery which should of been Monday still not received either !!!”

“On 29.12.20 I received an email saying the package had been despatched. I clicked on the tracking to be told: "Update on your parcel We're sorry your parcel has been delayed, we'll have it on the move in the next 24 hours". The same message is there now (05.01.21). I bought the item as a gift. The recipient is leaving the country tomorrow evening.”
