“I received the products I'd ordered promptly but really didn't appreciate the smashed up sports direct mug (definitely not ordered by me) enclosed with my £42 trousers!!!”

“Still awaiting the delivery of my order which was made on the 12th December and apparently dispatched on the 17th December. I understand the issues that took place at Dover, but that was a week later. Hermes also Claim to have no Record of the shipment. There is no reply on your customer service number and a short sorry that your Order is delayed etc. would have been quite normal.”

“Karrimor Caracal cross country running shoes received promptly in excellent condition. Have worn them in for a couple of days around the house as the uppers are more robust, but no pinching so far. Have run for a week now through very wet and muddy conditions and no leaks even when nearly fully submerged. Excellent grip on loose/muddy ground. slight rubbing on left foot but Vaseline sorted this. Great price too. Will get a second pair.”

“Cant see how good or bad the items are which means you pay for delivery and when you have to send them back you pay to return them. Bloody expensive! I returned because it was too small, but had to tick I had changed my mind. Wont be using it again”

“I received my item. Unfortunately the trainers didn't fit. I had to send them back but I didn't realise that I had to pay for returns as they were not faulty. I had already paid for delivery. So the trainers cost me a lot more than I wanted to pay. I wont be buying from sports direct again.”
