“Ended up with wrong size rug apparently my fault. , I tried to change order they wouldn’t. I paid £8 for delivery and it will cost a fortune to send back. Advisor said I could take it back to shop for credit note or exchange but they don’t sell any equestrian products in most of their shops. Plus they are all closed anyway, they weren’t willing to compromise with the issue. I will never buy anything online or in the shop again.”
