“Unfortunately my package was held up. I tried notifying both Hermes and Sportsdirect just to be stonewalled with the same answer ie where to track my parcel. Tried to explain that I already knew this to sportdirect but to no avail. After 5 days I finally got someone in Sportsdirect to understand the issue and they are now dealing with it with Hermes. Who knows how long that will take. In the meanwhile Sportsdirect have my money and all I have is excuses.”

“Store charged me £5 delivery for an item already sat in their store. No manager was available to speak to. Contacted Amanda in customer service who was useless and sent automated responses that didn’t acknowledge my concerns. Keya on facebook chat who was also useless said to email again. Finally got a supervisor called Shane who said they will call me the following day to resolve the matter but this was 2 days ago and now no one is responding to the messages. Please note Shane also asked me to go back to store knowing well there is a lockdown and therefore wait a month before this is resolved. The staff don’t appreciate still being in jobs during this difficult time.”

“I have ordered few items before the New Year. I got part of the delivery and the 2nd part was due to be delivered by HERMES!! on 02 Jan. I never received the delivery and up to now even though I have sent several emails to Sports direct customer service to request a refund, my email has not been dealt with since 3 days now ! HERMES customer service is unreachable!!! Just get an automated msg everything!!! Also received a mug as a gift on the 1st delivery made which was well packed i would say but when open the mug was broken so had to throw it away. Still waiting for Sports direct to refund my money as no delivery was made forxthe 2nd part of purchase.”
