“Rubbish quality. Had to pay for delivery. No free return label so had to spend £10 to return something which was £30 (Wellington boots - they’re heavy). Exceptionally disappointed. Won’t be online shopping with you again - I’ll stick with decathlon which is similar priced but better quality and offers click and collect”

“My husband wanted the Sketchers shoes but unfortunately they didnt have a pair in his size..the assistant was very helpful..and wrote down the number for ordering online...i ordered the next day .and did click and collect ..so i can pick up and not have to worry about postman..i got email within a couple days to say they were ready to pick up.at my nearest pickup point ( Johnsons cleaners )so easy and so quick..and shoes brilliant and my husband made up... .”
