“Got 1 of my items no bother. Other item had the correct label outside but not on the clothing. Had to pay nearly £5 to return this for an exchange. Email the next day saying out of stock so I will be refunded. Email the day after saying it’s been exchanged so I have no idea what this means. Won’t be ordering from here again.”

“Ok, but the only negative is regarding returns. Especially with these current Covid restrictions, I think you should be able to return items without having to pay for delivery costs, seeing as most companies charge you for delivery in the first place.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery was swift, but one of the items was incorrect. I notified sports direct by email to explain and received a quick response asking me to send photos of the incorrect item, then I heard nothing. I constantly emailed but heard nothing, eventually I sent a message via Facebook messenger. I explained the item was a gift so needed it ASAP please, they said all they could do was refund. I will try and order from elsewhere in the future, so disappointed.”

“Very disappointed as i paid £7.99 for next day delivery aand it did not arrive till the following day (2 days) there was nothing on the order to say if you arder on saturday you wont get it till monday night”

“Couldn't find what we wanted in store so went on line. Item found, order placed. We wanted 2 packs of black socks. We received 1 pack of grey and one pack containing 4 black and 1 grey pair. Fortunately the eldest son wears grey so he did rather well out of it. Probably won't order on line again. The actual delivery was excellent, and we received relevant emails with delivery info, so not a total zero points from us.”
