“4/10. One of the tops was the wrong design. Two of the tops didn’t fit, one is so small my 10 year old son is wearing it (XS adult size). I have just posted two items back today.”

“Absolutely disgusting service. I placed an order and when the skateboard arrived the wheels had been snapped off before it reached us so my son was so upset. Customer service have failed to rectify or even reply to emails.”

“Great service ,kept informed the whole way, delivery was expensive! Especially if you need to return, as you have to pay that postage to! This would put me off ordering in future, rather go to the shop when able”

“bought training shoes , they had been worn, and had a toe mark in the end. Returned within 2 hours of recieving them . they gave me my money back. i had to pay for postage both ways. cost me for faulty goods' ask them to pay the postage they just ignorged me £8 Down.”

“How was it for me? Terrible! that's how it was. I'm still waiting for my item. Tried contacting customer service. 1st time I had an automated response telling me the Sports Direct mailbox was full. 2nd contact, I got another automated email saying my order is still in process. I ordered the item on 31st Dec and paid for next day delivery. I expected a slight delay due to the holidays but it's now 11th Jan and I'm still waiting. I can't find a telephone number on the website so I can't speak to a human. I can honestly say I will never use Sports Direct again. There are so many other companies out there that sell the items, so after my experience I'll use one of them.”

“Ordered some trainers last Sunday and they were here by Tuesday which was great, unfortunately they were a size 12, I wanted 8. Since then it has been a nightmare trying to get anyone to reply to me about it, the situation is still ongoing now”

“My trainers arrived on time but were .5 a size too small. I didnt know ASICS came up small. I had to send them back for the next size. My local hermes shop said they could send it back but SD were not on their list and there was no QR code on the returns sheet so really fiddly, however I have managed to send them back but still haven't heard what will happen next. It cost 5.99 to return the trainers for an exchange and I still don't know if I will receive a new pair or a refund a week later. In the meantime I have no runners 😔”

“I have ordered since 02/01/2020 and paid for express delivery and through tracking service i see that you have not yet handled the parcel to DHL. Its been already a week and a half, i suppose i will receive my order in a month. I’ve also sent an email to customer service without any response!”
