“Ordered normal delivery at 6pm. The shoes arrived the next day at 10am!! I've been buying these kangol slip on shoes for about 5 years now for my son at school. He said they're really comfy, he's been happy with the same style of shoe for the 5 years and only £25!!”

“Good value for money and range. However sizes are not consistent between brands and SD's fitting guidance is poor. I had to send back 4/5 fleeces and request an exchange. Return policy is not great either as customer is bearing the cost of shipping, even during these unprecedented times when shopping online is the only option.”

“Their online customer service is the worst I ever had. I have tried numerous times to contact them via the phone and email to get help with my returns. There's nobody to respond on the phone line and the emails are automated. Literally there is no way to contact them.”

“- I ordered EUR47 shoes, got EUR48. - Sent pictures from invoice and from shoe-label = not a single same number: invoice 12(47), shoe 13(48) - told that I want the refund or change and I'm not willing to pay postal charges of sending these back, because not my mistake at all - Customer servant tried to convince me that I got right shoes (2 times) - Wrote one review already - Another customer servant replied to review that she's sorry to hear this and I should mail to customer service - Mailed again to customer service, sent a picture from shoe-label (size 48) and explained the case - got reply that I got right shoes (EUR47) - I still have EUR48 shoes. I still ordered EUR47. Bravo.”

“I am delighted with the service I recieved from Sports Direct. I ordered walking boots for my husband but unfortunately they were to small so I had to return them and re-order a bigger size with no problems and they were exactly what he wanted. Good sturdy leather walking boots. The delivery service I recieved with Sport Direct was excellent too, granted I paid extra for next day delivery but it just added to a good experience.”

“They arrived super quick I bought them in the night of the 4th and they arrived the early morning of the 6th and it was the standard delivery. I say this because now with the tiers and lockdown packages have been taking ages to arrive so it was so cool that they arrived this quick. They roller skates are super high quality, so smooth and I’m a size 4uk and they still fit me even though it says the range is 5-8, I can’t recommend them enough”
