“So, unfortunutlly i have not a good exspresion and good experience with direct sport. So i made an order arround 22 or 23th december, and still wait for my order, which should arrive til 25th of january. So, i understand currently situation and of course covid 19 propsal, social diatance, isolation etc but the is UNprofessional relate with costumers. So my number from a to d is a big D. Sorry but that is it”

“I have ordered a pair of trainers for my mums birthday and day to pay next day delivery for the item as otherwise it would not have come in time. 5 days later they were delivered missing my mums birthday. Sports direct have not replied to my message and no delivery charge has been refunded. Apalling service, I am not satisfied and would at least want my delivery charge refunded as a minimum!”

“Ordered normal delivery at 6pm. The shoes arrived the next day at 10am!! I've been buying these kangol slip on shoes for about 5 years now for my son at school. He said they're really comfy, he's been happy with the same style of shoe for the 5 years and only £25!!”

“Good value for money and range. However sizes are not consistent between brands and SD's fitting guidance is poor. I had to send back 4/5 fleeces and request an exchange. Return policy is not great either as customer is bearing the cost of shipping, even during these unprecedented times when shopping online is the only option.”
