“Waiting for an update of my order since 27.12.2020. No reaction no information no delivery. Not good, even in Covid times communication needs to be better than normal, otherwise customer loose the trust.”

“I ordered 6 pairs of trainers that were needed the next day so I paid the high next day delivery charge. I was then then an email saying two items were out of stock so they wouldn’t be sent. Very frustrating, while wasn’t it shown on the website. I emailed to try and add a different two pairs but was told the order couldn’t be amended even when I explained the situation. I was then forced to buy two more pairs and pay another high postage cost for next dat delivery. The items were all delivered on time but I found customer services extremely unhelpful and did not even try and understand the situation. The shoes were going to refugees who literally only had the clothes on their back! Alice”

“Awful customer service, after paying delivery which is no problem, I wanted to exchange an item that was ordered online, 4.00 deliver and again return and again for another size 12.00 and because it’s lockdown we couldn’t try on and sizing was off, they wouldn’t exchange free of charge? Other companies exchange or have free returns. Terrible customer service during lockdown and will never order again from them.”
