“My addidas to small my trainers wrong size than I picked. I picked size 6 and it done and sent size 5. Not happy as these was for my girlfriends birthday today”

“Good processing. However I ordered 2 running jackets. The first one arrived... Karrimor Large .... a little too tight. So I ordered another in stock Karrimor in XLarge ... ENORMOUS! Possibly a problem with Karrimor but buyer be aware!!! Birthday present gone VERY wrong :-( Need to return... don't know what to do now. Can't try on in shops. Might give up. Costing me more in return postage!!! Paid alot of money forest day delivery... so disappointing 😞”

“Ordered 3 items online. Running trainers and 2 mens puma joggers. Once jogger was XXXL size qnd the other was M size. Quite annoying seeing as I ordered large joggers. Perhaps the lights were off in the warehouse the when they were packing my order.”

“Still not received, item is sitting in the depot apparently, no way of finding out how long until delivery ? App is useless. Change yourselves to a more reliable courier if I were you. Everyone knows Hermes are poor.”

“VERY HAPPY WITH ALL MY ITEMS. THO IT SEEMS YOU HAVE CHANGED COURIERS AND I HAVE TO SAY,I HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN 5 DAYS LONGER FOR MY PARCEL TO ARRIVE,THE SERVICE FROM "HERMES" WAS MUCH FASTER. I WOULD HAVE RATED 5 STARS HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THE DELIVERY TIME.”

“Well it would be nice to write a good review but as of yet I'm still waiting for delivery of my bottle cages, having received somebody else's order of pre-glued patches! Just getting automated emails saying order has been dispatched - yes but it's the wrong order!”

“Dear Sport Direct, I ordered and prepaid my package 22.12.2020 and I have NOT got it yet (14.01.2021). So I am totally disappointed and disgusted. I do not think I will order anything from you in the future. Best regard, Zoltán Kiss Hungary”
