“1 star because the sales process is efficient 1 star because the there is a lot of choice -1 star because the sales confirmation took 1 week -1 star because the delivery time is horrible (still have not received my purchase after 2 weeks... -1 star because i get the poll before i even have received my items...”

“Unfortunately, my parcel has still not arrived. I contacted the courier service (MyHermes) and am unable to speak to anyone - I get an automated response on the phone and on chat, with no ability to speak to anyone to find out anymore. This is more an indictment of MyHermes than Sports Direct, although, when I enquired to SD, I just got a 'speak to the courier' response.”

“Not very good on the delivery side. It came in 2 different deliveries but didn't say on the 1 invoice. Hermes and sports direct customer service are automated and impossible to get the answers to my questions. When I did receive the 2nd delivery the box and item was damaged. Not very happy with the service.”

“Hi, Unfortunately our order is incomplete? I have been trying to call for several days to deal with this issue as obviously our local store is closed. Though there was no contact telephone number on the invoice slip I found a number on line. I have called many times throughout the last few days but nobody is answering & then the call just ends? The order placed was 4 black XL Calvin Klein boxers & 2 navy XL Calvin Klein boxers were ordered along with a pair of Ellese men's trainers. However we have only received 1 black & 1 blue pair of Calvin Kleins & the pair of Ellie trainers. It does not state on the invoice slip the rest of the order will follow? If you could get back to me as soon as it is possible to do so to resolve this issue. Mrs Lewis”
