“I didnt keep the walking boots that were ordered as they didnt fit and after paying £4.99 delivery charge I then had to pay a further £4.40 to return them which I personally think is disgusting, most companies have a free returns policy so consequently I will not be ordering from you ever again and I certainly wouldn't recommend you to anyone else. “One item not received instead other one delivered with labelled as the one item missing. Value difference of £20.00 therefore have been overcharged. Not able to speak to someone in customer service. If I send the item back I have to pay postage on my expense. Certainly won’t order again.”
