“Disappointment I purchased a pair of trainers on the 8th if Jan and I’m still waiting. I also tried to use my gift voucher to no avail keyed in the number numerous times wouldn’t accept it .”

“Still waiting for complaint to be resolved. Uncommunicative, slow to respond and uninterested in helping. Would never buy from you again and as I'm a nurse I've put it on our NHS help board so that'll make a lot of people aware of this shoddily run company.”

“Good experience of shopping with Sportsdirect. The only downside is that postal costs are not covered for returns, so customer needs to pay for these if they want to return the purchase. Just found that a bit odd as all other shopping sites where I shop offer free returns.”

“I’m not happy and I won’t be ordering from you again. I still haven’t received my item I ordered a week ago I paid for next day delivery which is being refunded. I can’t track my item either. I am very disappointed with this service and if my shoes don’t come soon I’ll be contacting trading standards”

“The communications for online order were good with sports direct but your delivery agent Hermes is not reliable or efficient. They delivered parcel incorrectly to a neighbour. They do this a lot. I asked sports direct to look into it for me and have heard nothing back. Also some good discounted bargains on sale with spirts direct. However one item a Nevica ladies hat I ordered came and was so small in size it fits a child not adult. Sizes need to be checked by SD quality control.”
