“Not great! I ordered a size 5 white trainer for my 1 year old and they sent me a black size 6! So now I need to return them - needed them and this has been inconvenient to say the least. I emailed and instead of anyone replying they just sent me the returns label, yeah cheers lol!”

“Orders gloves 27 Oct 2020, dispatch date 11 Nov, then 17 Nov. Further delay due to an issue with IT, then further issue with dispatch dept, then release date changed to 31 Dec, then the item in stuck an non pick area , then finally they say order cancelled by supplier. What a load or poor lame, pitiful excuses from a shambolic company. The real kicker is a friend ordered the same gloves from them (price now £5 higher) and gloves were delivered within 5 days. It took customer services over 10 days to respond to emails. But I get that. They must receive so many complaints that delays are inevitable. Will not be purchasing either on line or in store from them again.”

“Dear Sports direct I emailed you last week to let you know that I have not received the item though Hermes the delivery company keeps sending me messages to collect it from the shop. I have tried to contact Hermes but not helped and my email to you has not been responded to. Not sure what to do next. This item was a gift for my grandson who is turning 7 in a few days. Currently I cannot comment on item I have not received!!!”

“All the items l bought on line, didn't fit, too large. Not happy at having to pay for having to send them back, and also to find that the return postage is not being refunded by Sports Direct. Found most of the items to be of poor quality, especially for the price paid Wont be buying from Sports direct online again ever”

“The charging for delivery was very wrong and too high, £9.99 for a boxing gloves and inflated boxing punch ( flat pack) which was In a small box !”
