“Purchased a pair of Merrell Moab 2 GTX Snr00 Beluga shoes and was sent the wrong size in a box labelled with the correct size I ordered, it seems to be part of the same scam that others on here have reported, had to pay a little over seventy dollars AU to return them to the UK and have heard nothing more from them except for vague email promises from their customer service team, which seems like it is automated.. Received refund for the shoes, but can kiss my $71-00 as have been told they will issue an e-voucher for the shipping that I can spend in their store. What is the problem with a company that cannot afford to refund postage on a purchase made in good faith?”

“Ordered 2 Pairs of walking boots for me and my husband. The boots for my husband arrived in 2 days. I’m still waiting for mine the money has been taken from my account for both pairs. I have sent several emails and sent photos of the invoice I received with only the one pair and the also sent email with the tracking information I received to show that only one pair were being sent. It’s now been 3 days and no response.”
