“I am still waiting for my order I placed a month ago for Christmas gift. I tried so many times to contact sport direct and I haven't received any response. I am very dissatisfied and let's see when I will have any answer about where my items are.”

“Easy to navigate website, with clear information on sizing per brand, which was extremely useful. I paid a little more for next day delivery which is not ideal. These costs should be more competitive. The product arrived on time, so overall happy with Sports Direct.”

“2 out of 4 are not as described. Size 3 shoes are in fact couple of sizes smaller. Trainers have very hard shell, impossible to run a short distance. Very poor, considering these were Christmas presents. And I have to pay again for postage if I want to swap those items. Is there a 0 star option? I would have given it.”

“It took 2 vists on 2 separate occasions for me to collect my order. The number put on the door at Enfield store kept saying incorrect number dialled. Nobody answered the door when I pressed the bells by the right. After standing there for 15 minutes, I left to call again on the following day being 23rd. It took calling Waltham cross for Enfield to be alerted before my arrival the following day. So you can see I wasn't satisfied with the service”
