“Excellent service from ordering the product to the dash to pick it up before the store closed. Showing the order number on my phone to the member of staff retrieving the package took minutes. Great service”

“A bit disappointed...... The trainers pictured & ordered online were a bit different than the ones collected from store and the box was all bashed in at one end - not good for a present! Didn't have time to change them. Item turned out to be okay but were Skechers Go 4 and not 5 as I ordered.”

“Ordered trainers for my husband and although the trainers were nice the box it came in looked like it had been in a skip beforehand.. all battered and ripped.. complained to sports direct and they have offered me a £5 refund”

“I was sent the wrong size and had to place another order spending another £7.99 for next day delivery. You even had the audacity to tell me I ordered the wrong size when my order confirmation shows exactly what I ordered, Had they you sent me the right size I wouldn’t have spent £15 on delivery which you refused to even acknowledge.”

“I've purchased clothing for my husband before and this year (2020), their Black Friday sale was a real help in replacing some much needed items for him. I decided to look at the women's clothing and was pleasantly surprised at the clothing choices and doubly so at the sale price!! It was like an early Christmas! I admit I was concerned about the way the items would fit, but, again, I wasn't let down! It was so refreshing to not have to worry about having finding a shop to return an ill fitting item. 🙂 It's usually a pleasant shopping experience from searching to purchasing and finally receiving the order. Hermes is excellent and tracking is a breeze! I've certainly recommended the online shop to friends and family and I know my MIL shops here as well. Happy customer!”
