“I was looking for tracksuit type bottoms on the internet and one of the searches came up with Sports Direct. I have never purchased anything from them before but they had a deal on what I was looking for. I made the purchase and it arrived 2 days later and I was amazed at the quality of the items for what I had paid. I will be using Sports Direct again.”

“I bought a dumbbell (7.5kg) from its Isle of Wight store (0276) and it was agreed at the time of purchase that if the item was unsuitable, I will buy another suitable item from their online store and the Isle of Wight store will give a refund for return. When I returned the item to the store after purchase of a suitable item online, they refused to give me refund. They quoted law not to give refund and I had to accept a credit note. An absolutely disgusting dishonesty and breach of trust. No ethics and no values. A shop will never go back to.”
