“The ordering was fine but I paid 7.99 for next day delivery and didn't get it the next day it was the day after that. I have emailed as I would like a refund on my postage but yet to receive a reply which is pretty poor.”

“Order placed and paid for with extra for next day delivery on 10th June. Still waiting for it after being told there was a delay at courier firm Hermes. Still waiting for goods, promised 10% discount and free delivery on next order. Not sure i will ever use it based on this experience.”
