“J’ai commandé un t-shirt taille L. Le t-shirt faisait une taille S. avec une étiquette L. TROP petit. Sachant que je ne fait que 75kg pour 1m82. J’étais choqué Et je n’ai même pas osé le retourner, les frais de port à ma charge sont excessifs. Donc j’ai jeter l’argent par la fenêtre”

“Poor customer service. Avoid ordering online, expensive if item not suitable, delivery/return cost me £19.15 for item that was not suitable. Tried to take back to shop and their policy is you can only exchange or recieve a credit note. Avoid is my advice.”

“Still haven’t received my parcel. I paid £7.99 for next day delivery and it has now been 7 days and I still haven’t received it. Customer services have been no help, when I have emailed 4 times.”

“Ordered trainers for my grandson, only 1 in the box, Capri pants and pumps charged but missing. Paid for next day delivery, was prepared to wait for them to put it right and wait a day but they refused after 2 hours in web chat would not send out trainers until I return the one I have. The other 2 items are meant to be sent today but just had email saying there is a delay with the pumps. Dreadful service, poor customer service and will never use sports direct again.”
