“I ordered 2 pairs of Sketchers and one pair were too heavy but absolutely loved the Poppy Hi ones, however I ordered the wrong size. On the Monday I returned both pairs and asked for exchange on the ones I liked - THE REPLACEMENT ARRIVED ON THE WEDNESDAY -I could not believe how quickly you processed my order - IT WAS EXCELLENT SERVICE and I will certainly use the Company again. Love my new SKETCHERS -thank you Shirley McNally”

“I sent returns with faulty goods ROYAL MAIL TRACKING RR460792183PL. They say "We did not received it and not going to refund you money".It is signed as delivered. I wasted much of my money and time and I am afraid of sending anything back as SD may reject again that they signed the document. Nobody care :(. They Asked me "Sam" to rise a claim instead of contacting Royal mail and ask who is not telling the true.”

“Delivery seemed slow initially, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong item. Instead of sending the correct item, after photo evidence was provided to prove your mistake, now I have to send the wrong item back and wait for the correct item to be delivered. Disappointing.”

“I was looking for tracksuit type bottoms on the internet and one of the searches came up with Sports Direct. I have never purchased anything from them before but they had a deal on what I was looking for. I made the purchase and it arrived 2 days later and I was amazed at the quality of the items for what I had paid. I will be using Sports Direct again.”
