“The purchase of the walking sandles was good, but, they are not like for like in sizes, sadly they were too small and had to be returned, which I had to pay the return postage on. The return was was quickly acknowledged once they received it by sports direct and I am now waiting for my refund which I hope will be soon.”

“I bought a pair of ASICS trainers for £154.99 - they seemed to fit in the shop (I had extra thick socks on to ease my pain from lupus Went back to exchange for half a size smaller, but none in stock in store the right size in store - the store manager was very defensive and a bit aggressive at first, but did help me find stock online - he gave me a voucher which I used and purchase online - I paid £7.99 for next day delivery, they arrived 2 days later than they should have! Surely the store should have been able to order them in and I collect for free. I totally resent paying an extra £7.99 for an order of £154.99, which them arrived 2 days later than it should have Terrible experience and will never shop here again! They need to look at their policies again as well as train staff to be pleasantly helpful not aggressive”
