“From goods being ordered to the delivery was fast and efficient so very pleased. My order was for many items and was sent out in two deliveries on consecutive days. I had no problem with that. Only problem we had was that a Jack Wills polo shirt ordered as large was sent out as ‘slim fit’ large and is far too tight for my husband. It’s no longer online so a disappointment as it’s such good quality. Plus, we have the issue of returning it.”

“Dont bother buying anything from their online shop if you are not 100% sure. They will refuse to refund your purchase as "trying on" shoes is considering wearing the product and cannot be sold. You also have to pay for your returns and will not get refunded for postage going back to them. Complete rip off.”

“Sports Direct had the Ariat sleeveless polo shirt in the size and color I wanted but was sold out in the US. The shirt arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in excellent condition. Sports Direct did a great job of using email to keep me posted about the progress of my order.”
