“I would never use sports direct again this is a first time i've shopped online with sports direct. I received a pair of trainers that look like they were worn and discoloured. Even though I purchased this online I got it delivered in store. the store would not take the item back even though looking at it you could clearly see that it was used. Thank god I opened the package in store. The manager install was very very rude. And made me feel unvalued as a customer. I would never use SportsDirect again”

“Whilst the delivery was quick and the products were as expected, two out of the three T-shirt’s were loose in the parcel and not in the clear bags despite the bags being in the parcel. Hence the T-shirt’s were very crumpled.”

“Terrible service. I paid for next day delivery, but actually got the item after 3 days. I left a number of messages asking what was happening. Only to be ignored. I finally used the live web chat, where I was offered £3 compensation. I will not use sports direct ever again”

“disappointing that you have to pay postage even for delivery to store, especially when they don't stock all products in store, also when using my blue light discount code it rejected the discount when i added an extra item to the basket, however when i bought that item in store i got discount!”

“Having placed my online order and i paid for overnight delivery some 10 days ago i have as yet not received anything. The order is sat with Hermes. Having tried the contact us email i received the refund of the postage promptly but no response as to where the order is. I sent a second email through contact us to this time cancel the order and refund the money and as yet not received a response. This is extremely poor customer service at its finest. You can not ring customer services direct and i guess that is due to the volume of calls they would be receiving.”

“I have paid an extra £8 to receive the goods in 1 day (it was national team colours before the EURO 2020 match), however got them more than 2 days after receiving them.”
