“Ordered 2 pair jogging bottoms after typing in Long leg into the search box on the site. Both arrived and where too short had to be sent back. This cost me over £10 in delivery and retirn costs, NOT HAPPY AT ALL”

“I ordered my item a week ago, and paid for next day delivery at 9 pounds. 3 days went by with no parcel, so I asked to be reimbursed the delivery charge and be provided an update on when the item will arrive. I received a 3 pound reimbursement and told the item will arrive within 3-5 instead. 7 days now passed without an update on delivery, it is now past the birthday party I ordered the item for.”

“Paid £9.99 for next day delivery, the goods were despatched 3 days later on a 3 day service. Customer service just lied and blamed the couriers. When I had to buy from elsewhere customer service dances around cancelling the order (even though it had not yet been despatched) but I did get a 3 quid refund though…6.99 for 6 day delivery. Unsurprisingly this lot are charlatans. And not the popular northern Britpop band either. Just go somewhere else, please, and avoid the blood pressure.”

“Terrible company with no Customer Service. Pay NEXT DAY delivery as SHOES were VERY urgent (NO other reason). Failed to deliver next day despite courier saying at 19.00 that they would still be delivered on time. Hermes manage to say expect delivery by early afternoon on the following day (arrived 11.46) HERMES class the delivery as a SUCCESS - nobody knows how long standard delivery may take. Sports Direct say thanks for paying the excessive fee but uou did get the shoes eventually - SO WE BOTH WIN. Or at least if the Customer Service even had the courtesy to reply (now more than a week!), they may have said something like that. Others I have spoken to confirm this is standard for Sports Direct. Two previous attempts to leave feedback were 'moderated' for criticising Sports Direct.”
