“I ordered an England kit with name printing on the back, after 6days they would any give me part of my order has been dispatched and the shirt that needed name printing still with them, no timescales and information on when it was gonna be dispatched.. the first customer advisor I spoke too said "Well if you needed it for a specific date you should have ordered sooner" absolutely shocking.. never will shop here again. Furthermore, I tried to assist them and asked to drop the name printing and send the shirt however they said it's too late for that, well how it's not even being processed”

“Poor customer service. Avoid ordering online, expensive if item not suitable, delivery/return cost me £19.15 for item that was not suitable. Tried to take back to shop and their policy is you can only exchange or recieve a credit note. Avoid is my advice.”

“Ordered trainers for my grandson, only 1 in the box, Capri pants and pumps charged but missing. Paid for next day delivery, was prepared to wait for them to put it right and wait a day but they refused after 2 hours in web chat would not send out trainers until I return the one I have. The other 2 items are meant to be sent today but just had email saying there is a delay with the pumps. Dreadful service, poor customer service and will never use sports direct again.”
