“I have sent lots emails asking how I can get herpes to except my parcel they scan my parcel and because it doesn't match barcode you sent them they won't take it they keep coming back and still doesn't match my code is 139140421 and here's is 9032911246299283”

“Paid for next day delivery, but it did not arrive, caused me inconvenience and disruption with my work. Hermes are terrible, another delivery was missed 3 times as you cannot change the delivery time and I could not leave work or have a neighbour or safe space to leave the package. The info provided on these matters is pitiful, I assume I will be refunded for the missed delivery but not the delivery charge? I will be sending an email to confirm as nothing has been refunded yet.”

“I ordered two pairs of trainers and paid extra for next day delivery on Sunday because I work all week and did not want the shoes left outside of my house. When they did not get delivered the next day, I contacted Sports Direct. They told me that the weekend falls into the holidays category, so the shoes were not eligible for next-day delivery. This was not at all clear on the site and I certainly would not have paid extra money for both shoes to be delivered next day if I had known that. When I asked for a refund on the shipping fee, they refused. My shoes were delivered at the end of the day on Monday. Also, VAT was included on top of the shoe price, so would have been cheaper to buy on Amazon or somewhere else. Will not be using them again.”

“This was my first time shopping with Sports Direct and whilst I wasn't overly happy about paying for postage and return costs, I was quite impressed with the speed at which my refund arrived for the items I had returned. I posted back the items on Monday and by Friday morning I had the refund in my account. I was pleasantly surprised. All in all the end to end process was very fast and smooth. Thank you.”
