Not good! The wrong shoes arrived! I ordered brown boots and some Random shoe/trainers arrived. When I took it back to the store the manager said ‘ah yea they do that as they probably don’t have the shoes in stock! The bar code is right so they have sent you these instead!’ The whole shoe is different so no, it’s not ok they sent me these! I ordered a brown It’s never sports directs fault is it!!

I am appalled to have been charged for the next day delivery, and to be told that my parcel will still arrive as though it was standard delivery. False promises were made by sports direct on there website claiming that if you order before 7pm guaranteed next day delivery. This is not true

I ordered my product online with next day delivery to arrive a week ago today. I don’t have it. Courier lost the parcel, not Sports Direct’s fault however, even with the couriers confirmation of losing it Sports Direct still won’t refund or replace. If you enjoy going in circles and endless attempts to contact non existent customer services then stick with sports direct. Otherwise go to their store or shop elsewhere. P.S, If you read this Sports Direct, I’d really like this resolved some time soon...

Shocking customer service ! wrong items came now they are refunding me the money but want me to reorder the correct items and pay another £5 delivery joke of a company ordered the stuff 3 weeks ago and i still don't have the things i want! I wont be ordering from them again shocking customer service !

I went to your Farnborough store today with my 2 grandsons in a double buggy only to see the lift out of order!!! I asked a young lad if he’d go up and ask a member of staff to come and see me. About 2 minutes later a young assistant came to see me. I asked if she could get me a certain England top for my 2 year old grandson. She came back saying they don’t have them in stock but something similar was available but age 3/4! I asked if she could bring it down to show me, which she did. I then asked if i gave her the money if she’d go and pay for it for me, which she happily did. I can’t thank her enough. She kept going up and down to make sure i got what i wanted. Thank you very much to the young girl (i should have got her name). Its people like her who should get recognised for their hard work.

Bought a new British Lions infant kit for my nephews birthday. Opened it on his birthday to find British Lion badge printed on upside down. How does this pass quality checks by Canterbury and then by Sports Direct? Answer is clearly it wasn't checked as so blatantly obvious. Disgusting, one very unhappy, disappointed little boy. I had no other gift. Returned to store who then refused to give me a refund, offering only a credit note. I informed them that this was not true, I am entitled to a full refund if the items are damaged or faulty. Staff informed me that the Llanelli Manager would not offer anything other than a credit note. Is the Manager that ignorant of consumer protection laws in this country? Or do I say, worse, he/she deliberately refused my right to a refund? I had to accept a credit note. I do not have the time to take this further or contact trading standards. Awful company, will never purchase again, be warned! Will Sports Direct read this, will they care? Will anyone contact me. I think I know the answer. I clicked 'very hard' to get refund but let me make it clear, it was 'very hard' as I was refused a refund.

Excellent and easy to use website. Got my delivery, which had nothing wrong with it on the estimated delivery date too, so no complaints here at all! Would definitely use Sports Direct again.

I bought two pairs of Karrimor Salina walking sandals. They are very comfortable & a wonderful aid for my arthritis. The order processing & delivery was extremely efficient & speedy. Thank you.
