“Ordered sprinkler on line. Sprinkler came quickly. No interaction so far. Oops... no head w/ sprinkler. Talked to Denny who helped me get the right one. In the mail... can't wait. Enjoy the sense of humor in your communications. Don't know if or when I'll need help again, but I'm a customer for life!”

“The product I ordered was correct and arrived within a reasonable time. My only criticism is I didn't hear anything about my order being shipped or prepared until the day it arrived. Other than that, my experience was very good.”
