“Customer service is horrible and products ordered took over a month to receive and was just told sorry for you. All communication was initiated by me vs letting me know what all was going on with my order as well. Plenty of other companies out there to use besides you to finish all my supply needs for my new system.”

Hi Ben, my apologies that we weren't able to provide you the valve boxes in a more timely manner. We were in a situation where the backordered parts were scheduled for manufacture and took longer than normal to provide. Our only real option in these cases is to offer order cancelation and issue a refund or wait out the manufacturer for the parts. Customer service is the most important aspect of our business, and I'll be reviewing your correspondence with our team to assure that we are doing our best to serve our customers in the best way that we can. “Forget A-mazon and everybody else...THIS is where you need to get your sprinkler supplies from. Very easy and VERY fast shipping! I just wish they could waive the shipping fee on orders over $25 or$30 or something. No other complaints at all. Very satisfied.”

Thanks for your review. My apologies if we weren't able to get this to you ask quickly as anticipated. It's 5 days shipping time from our warehouse on the east coast to Montana, and there was also a weekend that added to the shipping time. We're currently looking at methods of better serving our customers located on the western side of the country so that they aren't experiencing longer wait times to receive their packages.
