“In this day and age, to not return 100% of a customer's money when they return an item, at their own expense, is ridiculous. I did not expect to be reimbursed for the original shipping charge, but I did expect to receive back the full cost of what I returned to you. A 20% "restocking fee" is ridiculous. I see why you are not a member of the BBB.”
