“The item I ordered just did not work out for our pond. No fault of yours. It just would not fit properly. I went through the return system, took the package to UPS, and was shocked. They quoted me about $70.00 to return the cover. Thy said it was due to the size and distance. Will, with the restocking fee you folks charge (should have gone through Amazon), and shipping charges, I decided I would keep the cover and maybe someday find a use for it. That's the complaint.”
