“I was pleased with the ease of ordering and delivery to my doorstep. I attempted to buy this product at a big box store and had the worst experience ever. I was pleased with the price and time it took to deliver. Overall a great experience with The Sprinkler Supply Store.”

Hi Richard - thanks for your review. Our apologies for the delay. It looks like we shipped this out the next business day from our Missouri warehouse, which would normally take about 3 days. It looks like today is day 7, and USPS finally has it on the truck for delivery today. Please don't hesitate to get back in touch if there's anything else that we can do for you.

“The only thing I had an issue with was your internet presence. When I was looking for an item, a drop box would pop up and cover part of the information I was looking for. Other than that, service was great.”
