“Product arrived on time. Good product. Packaging was subpar not protecting the product very well in a baggy. Shipping was ridiculously expensive for two small lighweight plastic products.”

“Frustrating… their on line photo if the product they shipped out Is not the same I received .. even though they say it’s the same model I ordered. They should post updated Photos of their products! on mint”

“Products were easy to find, reasonably priced, and very clear explanations. The only complaint I have is with their choice of shippers. Sprinkler Supply uses FedEx. For us this shipper is very unreliable. They consistently change delivery dates for no reason. I would like to see a choice for shipping even if it may cost more on the buyers end, give the customer a choice. This is the only reason you didn’t get 5 stars.”

“They were one of the few that had the control valve style I needed. They took a while to ship, but this was disclosed beforehand (C19). I received them they were exactly what I ordered/needed packaged well in a sturdy box. I installed a new valve within minutes and am back up and running. Don’t hesitate to order from this company.”

“Happy with the products received, the quick delivery and the price. Very unhappy with the unnecessary spam emails I have received since the order. I never buy from anyone who has badgered me with spam in the past. These guys are real close to being on that list of never buy from again. Please stop sending me unwanted emails.”
