“Store forgot about my order so after waiting for 10 days I had to call the company and ask for assistance. My order was dispatched only after I called the store. Needless to say I am still waiting for the package to be delivered.”

Hi Bobby, thanks for your review. Those Toro valves have been backordered most of the year - at the time you placed your order, we had a status of "Ships in 10+ days" on the listing for that product. Our system would have also automatically generated an email just to point out that the parts were backordered. So it turns out that you called us after 10 days, the turnaround time ended up being exactly 10 days, and the order shipped the same day that you called. We can see how it may have looked like we might have forgotten the order and shipped it, but it was simply backordered.

“The FX lights we ordered shipped super quickly considering that they were backordered (only seven days, when the website said 10+). Denny was incredibly helpful in responding to my requests via email. The prices were much better than other retailers, and the ordering was very straightforward. I would absolutely work with the Sprinkler Supply Store again!”

“I found what I was looking for in an efficient and easy to use manner on the Sprinkler supply website. The parts I ordered arrived in a very efficient manner. If I could change two things though it would be to apply an enhanced web page that was more intuitive to what is being selected. I ordered all the parts I thought I needed but am missing certain parts and ordered the wrong part in my order. An advanced analytical page may have helped me to understand (inherited a sprinkler system so no idea what I am doing) that the connector I ordered needs an additional piece to fit the sprinkler head I ordered. Additionally, I bought what I thought were the correct nozzles only to find that the nozzles I ordered are not the correct nozzles for the sprinkler heads I ordered. I tried to do research before ordering but I do not know what I don't know and would have appreciated a little more guidance from the site such as suggesting the adapter add on to fit my connector pipe to the sprinkler head or even having someone say "Hey, I see you bought these two new sprinkler heads but noticed the nozzles are for a different type, do you want to add or swap for the correct nozzels?" I will be ordering the pieces I need but overall project is delayed till I get everything I need, if the store was next door I am sure they would have been able to assist but life online is lacking a bit of service and knowledge that I know the employees at Sprinkler supply have in abundance. The other change would be to offer next day or express shipping. while my order arrived in good time I was nervous that it would not meet the time frame I needed. (I am replacing sprinklers at a weekend house on an island without roads or UPS delivery so aligning this to when I would be there to do the work was key)”
