“I found the whole experience very easy and the communication was exceptional. Unfortunately, the only issue I had was not researching a bit more. I didn't realize the sprinklers I ordered used only female spray nozzle so will need to reevaluate what to do next. But this is on my and has nothing to do with the shopping experience or hardware that was ordered”

“I aid 2 X's more from your supply store, not including shipping charges. I am a senior on a fixed monthly income & can't afford financial mistakes. Lowes has the same sprinkler vacuum pressure system for $46.00.”

Hi Mary Anne, thanks for your review. I did a little research, as we do pride ourselves on our competitive pricing, and found that Lowe's has this part listed on their website at $54.12 but is also showing that it's unavailable for order: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Wilkins-3-4-in-720A/5001727175 If this were an in-stock item at Lowe's, we would be happy to price match. We're willing to take the item back if you'd like to return it, and I'd even be happy to provide a prepaid shipping label and waive the restocking fee, but it looks like our current pricing on that product is similar if not significantly less than any of the other online retailers that I found that had it in stock. Please don't hesitate to get back in touch if you'd like to take us up on this offer.

“Awful. First and last time customer. 1. Website not easy to use, selected one item and it switched to another size. 2. Order marked complete but did not send the first piece I needed. 3. Called up customer support but Danny in Customer Service Hung up on me. 4. Sending out the part, but not sure how, I can not affort another week. So I went out to purchase it at HD. This is now scrap. 5. Buttom line, awful experience, will never do business with them again.”

Hi Kinman - apologies for any confusion - the check valves that you purchased are listed as being specifically for Hunter Pro Spray heads. If you're trying to put them in a different type of head they definitely won't work. I'll follow up via email and we'll see if we can get things figured out for you so that you have the proper check valves for your system!

“The website has a lot of info on the product and the videos are very helpful giving details about each item. Customer service was great, they made sure to let me know to contact them if there were any concerns or questions. The shipping of the items was fairly quick, but the items which in this case were small came in about a couple of days apart.”

“Products came as ordered (3 Hardie solenoids), and arrived early. Nice website, great company. One of the solenoids has damaged threads (where the molding comes together), but that is not Sprinkler Supply Store's fault. I will use them again.”
