Hi James - thanks for your review. Yes, Dura parts, especially those that contain o-rings, have been extremely difficult to source. If you Google the term "Silicone Rubber Shortage," you'll see the basic reason for the delay. We're hopefully seeing what we think is a turnaround in that market, and we're hoping to be able to have those parts on a more regular basis moving forward.

Hi Robert - thanks for your review - your order was shipped out in a timely manner, but the tracking is showing that it stopped moving on the 15th. As of yesterday (the 19th) there was a new hit on the tracking and it started moving again. It should be reaching you in the next couple of days. If it still hasn't arrived at that point, please get in touch with us directly via email and we'll take a look at getting new product out to you ASAP.

“Did what was promised and in a timely manner I disagree with UR flat rate shipping charge but it only benefits big users and becomes a problem when it is necessary 2 make 1 off purchases that need immediate attention”

“I happened to discover this store just by chance and wish I had known about them a lot earlier. My first contact with the store was a phone call answered by Denny. Until then as far as I was concerned a sprinkler head, a sprinkler nozzle were just that, you seen one you seen them all. Throughout my reviewing their website literature, conversations and email there was absolutely no pressure to buy or steering towards any particular manufacturer or product. Browsing their website and talking to Denny was an education by itself and got to know that the "PROFESSIONAL" grade lawn sprinkler parts were indeed different from the ones we can buy at the local big box hardware stores. Based on the write-ups on their website and my conversations I decided to place my first order sight unseen of the actual products. Just from a skeptic point of view I compared my Consumer grade heads with the Professional grade and they ARE different. The seals are tighter, the springs are more uniform, the spray patterns are more uniform. A very well deserved FIVE STARS not just for the products they sell, but the excellent, knowledgeable, friendly customer service completely devoid of any sales pressure.”

Hi Kerri, thanks for your review. We do post our returns policy on the website with the hope that customers who are ordering repair parts (such as this transformer) that they may need to return will check in before placing an order: https://sprinklersupplystore.com/pages/refund-policy Our typical policy is to charge a 20% restocking fee, but we also offer 110% store credit for use back on the website. To our knowledge, that store credit policy is unique to our business. We are also pretty understanding if someone reaches out to us regarding waiving the restocking fee, providing that the product is returned to us in new condition.
