“Received a replacement panel for my Hunter PC-300 controller (circa 2001). After installation the new panel would not recognize stations on an expansion module. Called the Sprinkler Supply Store and was referred to a Hunter procedure to reset the gray expansion module. However, this procedure was not appropriate for my controller. So, I unplugged the controller, waited and then plugged it back in. The controller recognized the expansion module stations and I completed the installation & programming. Either the Supply Store should include appropriate instructions with the replacement panel to cover this situation or get Hunter to write appropriate instructions for this 526200 replacement panel.”

“I was unsure about the exact model needed to replace the one we have which is thirteen years old. As a result, I called and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful in advising what was needed. In addition, I checked a couple of other sites and found the prices to be very competitive. I expect delivery soon which is reassuring.”

“Looks like I have found a new sprinkler system parts supplier! When my local supplier sold the business to a new owner, prices doubled. The Sprinkler Supply Store has exactly what I needed at good prices. I placed an order over the phone. The person who took the order was helpful and efficient and supplied the updated part numbers not shown in my old catalog. The parts arrivd in 3 business days. Paying over $3 each for a Toro nozzles is crazy, I'll be a repeat customer.”

“The fella Denny, that helped me with the credit app did an excellent job. The only thing I would say is that before I started emailing to check on the credit app I had called 3 different times with no answer. I left a message and it was returned but I was out of the office. Someone to answer the phone would be a plus! Good overall Chris Holley”
