“I ordered 4 Irritrol 550r sprinkler heads and received them in about a week. An adjustment screwdriver and nozzle trees were included. I hope these last as long as the cr500 I am replacing. Thank you.”

“My first ordered was a solenoid valve on Order #100551 Dated 6/21/2016 returned valve on7/18/2016 on RMA# 3808, solenoid would not function. Ordered a 1" Electric valve on Order # 102865 dated 7/7/2016 switched solenoid to in ground valve it functioned fine . the first valve was defective. called 8/31/2016 , you were unable to locate returned solenoid the women I spoke to said, she would look into it and get back to me , about my refund as of to day 11/07/2016 I have not heard one thing. POOR COMUNICATIONS”

“I recently purchased a home that was built 10 years ago. The sprinkler valves were Irritrol and the diaphragm started leaking. I could not find the part anywhere, but Sprinkler Supply Store had one that looked identical and from the same manufacturer. The diaphragm did not work and I was forced to replace all of the valves. Sprinkler Supply Store shipped in a timely manner and helped me at a great price. I would purchase here again in the future.”
